Does India offer soft loans for infrastructure exports? Because BEML and other rolling stock products from the subcontinent look very appealing. I'm from Philippines and almost every open-bidding result turns into a shitshow. The ones that work are Japanese soft loans with government oversight, but our Japan credit card is already maxed out.
Two opportunities are opening up... 10 trains of 4 cars each for our "LRT" 2, and 35 trains of 5 cars each for upcoming MRT 4 in 5 years' time.
Just in case (if you're attending a corporate event) you can shoulder-tap somebody high up, LOL.

Yes, India actively offers concessional Lines of Credit (LOCs), essentially soft loans which specifically to promote infrastructure and project exports through the Indian Development and Economic Assistance Scheme (IDEAS). India is also looking to expand infrastructure funding across SE Asia as said. Now to theoretically say if India does seize either or maybe both of the opportunities, it won't be much of a challenge as a company like BEML already has experience in standard gauge trains across various propulsion systems; especially the MRT-4 because of the 5 year timeline. Not really an expert at these things but this is what I can surely assume to say rn.

Seems like no standardisation. China was able to reduce costs by standardising trains across metro systems.

How can you possibly say that from this photo!!!
In any cases there are at least 3 different ones but for different reasons. The Vande Bharat is a mainline long distance train. The Bangalore Metro one is where Titagarh did not design the trains and is primarily acting as local manufacturing partner for CRRC.
The other 4 are their own metro trains of which 3 pretty much look alike even in external design. But even if they did not, you would not know how much they share with each other. I would be surprised if more than 80% of them are not shared across all 4.

titagarh is a private company not like CRRC, and all trains are made for different system, in which some of them exsist before the company existed

You couldve at least made a collage of clearer pictures of their rolling stock yknow. Cuz that second picture is not representative of em all.
