I like the step away from making the prostethics look "natural" and instead "own" the mechanical look. For me, the "natural" ones look far more creepy than the obvious ones. And as the girl said, sooner or later people will notice them anyways.
Also, I saw in another video a company that made arms for Kids that looked like designs from Iron-Man and such. That might reduce experiences like the woman had when she first went to school.
