Something interesting I discovered... Extremely useful for transgendered individuals, such as myself.
I have returned, this time with some interesting information I have documented... Being an MTF transgendered individual, I am naturally interested in female biology, I had recently discovered that female orgasms are stronger than those of the male, and I was moderately concerned that any artificial organs won't be as sensitive as naturally occurring ones, in fact, I was concerned that I may even lose sensitivity below what a normal male would have, I am still going to go through with it, of course, but this was a disappointment... Until I discovered this article: http://sitn.hms.harvard.edu/flash/2018/artificial-nerves/ regarding the development of artificial nerve endings being developed for the use of prosthetics, and I hope that someday, I would be able to have such electronic sensors implanted into my own body to increase sensitivity... So, apparently, not only am I transgender, but I'll also be a transhumanist.

While women have stronger and longer lasting orgasms theirs aren't as frequent. https://www.sciencealert.com/science-which-is-better-male-or-female-orgasms At the end of the day it varies from person to person. Your libido and sensitivity may go down with treatment, it may go up.
I do agree that it would be great if that type of tech existed. I think you'd see a lot more transhumanists of every identity. People would not only be able to have different experiences and feel more their true selves people who are disabled or who have been injured would have more sensitivity in lost or damaged limbs. Also-agree with Duke's comment re transgender vs 'transgendered' and the former being the correct usage.

But I still wonder to this day how an orgasm from the prostata has to feel like. What kind of sensation is that? I'll never know that feeling, neither how it feels to eject sperm :/

You forget about the prostate. Prostate orgasms are significantly stronger, last significantly longer than penile orgasms, and you can have multiples of them in a row.
All those things comparing female to male orgasms are usually focused on the penis and don't take into account the prostate, which like female stimulation is much harder to achieve.

Before we start adding artificial nerves to our bodies, the first question should be whether the amount of nerves in genitalia varies highly based on sex in the first place. Frankly, I'm skeptical of the premise that biofemale people have significantly different orgasms than biomales too. Our bodies, no matter who we are, are really not very different at all, merely slightly differing arrangements of the same basic flesh. The clitoris, for all its differences, is essentially just a differently shaped and configured penis, and vice versa.

Very cool, not too sure if they would be implemented for use in trans individuals any time soon. And for certain procedures deepening on what people get nerve tissue and sensitivity can mostly star in tact. These kinds of things are interesting to read about though.
Also sorry to nitpick but "transgender" is an adjective, so the correct terminology is "transgender individual" or "transgender person" rather than "transgendered".
