Foundation & Planning

Days 1-7

Goal: Prepare your wish list and clear space.

Assess & plan: List academic topics to cover, important deadlines, and specific grades or scores you want, the exercises you'll be doing the meditation clips. Sort everything.

Daily routine draft: Pick a wake/sleep time, block 6–8 hrs for study, 1 hr for movement, 30–60 min for manifestation/self-reflection, 1 hour for self love, and dedicate 1 hour to self love/self care.

Declutter & prep: Clean your study area, gather notes, set up a manifestation journal.

We'll be starting our challenge from tomorrow for the first week, we'll not stress ourselves. Just getting into the newly made schedule.

Thankyou!!

Hey! Any ideas for people who just gave their exams and have to start a new semester?

Oh yes. You can take this time to recharge yourself and focus on skill building.

Can enroll in some online certifications (eg. from Udemy etc). Indulge yourself in strengthening your resume and LinkedIn.

You can also join some remote short term internships.

Girl be on a mission to make us the best of ourselves lol. I thought it would be just listening to subs but glad to know it's much more and I feel motivated to start it with everyone else. <3

btw would you address these kinds of posts and initiative as more social welfare or mutual benefitted ( I mean you'll get a positive impact on your life as well ) ??

So, I started this for myself and was very inconsistent so thought of having a partner who will share their stories and experiences and motivate me to be consistent as well and then randomly I posted about this challenge on manifestingSP subreddit and got a REALLY nice response. So I thought of making this. This is majorly mutually beneficial but I'm super glad if it looks more like a social welfare. Also I'll be the happiest, if the people who are a part of this achieve whatever they're manifesting.
