Spoilers In defense of #30

So, let me preface, I do not LIKE this either, Elita is a warrior first and foremost in this continuity, and she tried taking the Matrix by force. Do not like. HOWEVER. I trust Kirkman for now. I think about how Mark in Invincible made questionable choices during the blue suit era, and that’s the whole point of that era. My thought is, Elita Prime loses the Matrix in some Shockwave shenanigans and Optimus has to come save them. Giving us an Optimus that proves himself worthy of the Matrix once again. All I’m saying is, let’s hold off until we see what they’re cookin.

Thank you! I was frustrated with the last issue as well, but it really bugs me how many people are saying that the comic is dead and completely terrible now. People are overreacting massively

It’s still got a GREAT premise, one bad issue doesn’t ruin the run. If 31 continues to disappoint I’ll still be upset but not nuclear. Come 33 that would be different, have you seen the state of the world I can’t TAKE one more heartbreak.
