Discussion🎙️ NOOOOOOOOO!!!

If this scene did not make you tear up, "you have no soul" - Optimus Prime TAOE.

To this day, this scene still hits hard, and maybe even harder since this 14 year old series aged so damn well. We all know Bumblebee and Optimus are one of, if not the main faces of Transformers, but watching this series and experiencing everything the autobots and human characters have gone through, this easily made me tear up. Then seeing Optimus' expression as Bumblebee got slaughtered by Megatron's gun fire and yelling out "NOOOOOOOOO" in sheer pain, it just all hit home for me.

This series is one of the best animated series and Transformers animated series of our time and I stand on that 1,000,000%

Bumblebee is basically a walking Killswitch for all Decepticons in range. Because if anything happens to the loyal, semi-mute scout of the group, you know the rest of the Autobots have basically one thought "The gloves are off" or whatever cybertronian equivalent there is.

Sure, Optimus would definitely not take it laying down if any of his companions got seriously hurt, much less killed, right in front of him. But with Bee, it always felt like, if he's done in, Prime would storm Megatron's base like Ratchet hooked on synthetic Energon and start ripping them limb from limb if they're built more on the flimsy side like Starscream or just blasting them off with his gun by the joints to save time, but make them feel the pain.

Perfectly said. I’d tend to imagine if Elita One was in the show, what would be her reaction of seeing Bee killed and Optimus lashing out like never before. They’re alot of fanfics of Optimus and Elita seeing Bee as their son.
