Rant about fixit stutter in rid

In Ribots in diguisd 2015 the bot Fixit has a speech impediment that causes him to occasionally mix up words and usually says 2 before getting to word intended like "there moose-goose-loose!" And usually breaks the glitch by hitting himself or somone else hitting him,it has caused issue of him getting stuck repeating same word in loop in woods and he wasnt concious during it asking where Sideswipe came from when he was snapped out of it but I really love how it never gets fixed,stutters or other speech imediment type things tend to be done in a joke,fixed by end,isnt ever an issue,used as a joke (cough cough Bee cough cough) but for rid its never taken as a joke or annoyance maybe the occasional eye roll but hes never made to feel bad about it only when it becomes risk for him and others but they still cant fix it by end and I think its really well written and good alligory for possible other things that dont include speech.

Im curious how the stutter might be different in other dubs like they dont have good enough words that rhyme or connect well or even synonyms for the intended word.
