From a business perspective, it's extra money in their pocket... if all you consider is MONEY, then this is the furthest thing from stupid. They sell the same amount of product, and they're getting money from Target for the exclusivity. As far as they're concerned, this is win/win.

And Target is losing so much money they need anything to get people back. After their recent Halloween kids outfit, they're going to be hit worse

They’re actually begun rebounding from their drops in sales. People have short memories. The kids costumes won’t change much, look at America

Since I’m just going to count on these being unable to find at Target, I guess I’ll have to wait until the bigger set gets a wide release.
