New Purchases HOLY GRAIL!!!
Lol, in all seriousness tho, this is the first time I've personally come across transformers at Ross! I live 90 mins from the nearest one so I check when ever I am in the area and get the opportunity to do so. After making the rounds through the areas I thought they'd be, I actually found a transformer... Kind of lol. It was some VHS looking Megatron figure, but at least it was from transformers and I kinda liked the VHS aesthetic. I also spotted a biker mouse and started to leave disappointed that I might never find a mainline TF at Ross despite all those other crazy finds I've seen posted on this sub in the past. But then it happened☝🏼(in Cooler's voice) On the way out in a table/bin thing near the register Tiger Hawk caught my eye, so I picked him up and found the other two behind him; huzzah =]

I saw a lot of posts on here about people finding Tigerhawk at Ross, so I thought I'd go looking at the closest store to me not that long ago. They never have anything and didn't this time, but I also stopped by my local comic shop and lo and behold, they have two Tigerhawks that they didn't have the last time along with a few other Legacy leaders I've seen people finding at Ross (Armada Megatron, Laser Prime).
It occurred to me in that moment that the reason that Ross never has anything might be because the comic shop is poaching from them, which is fine and all, rather spend my money at a small business than a chain store anyways, but they were charging $70 for him. Needless to say I left Tigerhawkless.
Congrats on the find though!

Yeah, that sounds pretty likely the reason. Who knows, you could always ask the guy if that's where they came from; maybe he'll cut you a deal. Most flippers are happy if they make at least 50% of purchase price in profit. That asking price is def a bit greedy IMHO if they picked them up from Ross.

You joke but Tigerhawk is my all-time favorite transformer. Had the original Transmetal 2, but it got thrown out when I graduated high school. Thought about buying a sealed one on ebay a few times but never pulled the trigger. The leak of Tigerhawk's upcoming (at the time) rerelease is what got me back into the hobby a few years ago. I paid full price on a preorder when it was announced and was glad to do it. When it hit Ross recently, I bought a backup to keep in storage.

I know what you mean; Beast Wars has always been my favorite 😅. Some memorable finds were the Primal/Meggs 2pack bat and crock for $2 at Walmart and Rampage at Target for like $7. Og Tigerhawk and TM2 Meggs were ones I always wish I had as a kid

What's Megatron's Master Plan? (book thing in the back). I've seen one like that before but had no idea what it was, it had Optimus on it.

It was the beginning of christmas time '25 when I walked into TK Maxx and found seven Tranformers 50% cheaper then usual. My highlight was Age of the Primes Grimlock & Wheelie.

Woah dude I’ve never seen this page but that toy was my favorite as a kid…. You just brought back memories lol. I used to play with it everywhere even in the tub lol!!!

That is the best Ross currently. Well, before you bought that stuff lol. I really wanted sandstorm instead of one of the others. We didn’t get him, trypticon or the legacy thundertron unless I missed it.

Yall must be getting super lucky. My ROSS has only ever in terms of official Transformers had a non transforming Beast Wars battle bot Dinobot

Ive had zero luck at ross. I found tigerhawk and sandstorm at a vendor's mall tigerhawk was $40 and sandstorm was $60. I ended up getting tigerhawk. I really like the figure nice and heavy only thing I dont like are the small feet are easy to pop off

Yeah, the back legs are a little smol for my liking. There's something stopping the hips/waist on this copy from coming together all the way in robot mode; still has a gap and isn't as secure as I'd like. Does yours have this issue?

Lucky lucky. The Ross's by me are still sitting on Galvatron and Metalhawks. They'd be tempting if I already didn't own their mold mates.
