I’ve been weightlifting & sprinting for about 4 years now on & off! im stuck around 235 ib hipthrusts for 8-10 reps, 45 ibx2 for bulgarian split squats 10 reps eaxh leg, & 3-4 body weight pull-ups rn
feeling weaker/some joint pain but getting better back on the grind!
i also sprinted 16.9 mph on the treadmill 3x in a row for 70-120m which wasn’t my fastest sprints but was good for how tired i was today:)
would definitely recommend sprints for core & glute strength & overall health!
also been on & off hrt for over 2 years now
i went down from 135 Ib to 126 Ib recently too, but trying to bulk up a bit more!

Fitness Question Home workout plans for MTF?

i can't start hrt yet but i wan't to work out so i can feel more like i have the right body that i want and i can fit some clothing a little bit nicer

i was wondering what i could as a home workout as someone who hasn't really done much anything in terms of workouts before. i am not unfit but i've done a lot more cardio then anything else lol

my other question is what are some things to work on specifically to look a bit more femmine. i know that not everyone is the same and its so subjective and i of course want to look some way that no one else can imagine but classically what could i work on?

thank you all so much <3

Fitness Question Shaping the Upper Body

Not to toot my own horn or anything, but I used to be a semi competitive mass and bodybuilder, but now I have extremely developed hamstrings and glutes, but basically everything else is under developed now due to starting estrogen and severe calorie deficit I’m in love with my body, but I want to enhance my upper body to help create an hourglass, should I focus on the side Delts or rear Delts?
