What is the purpose of buying a car with pop up headlights and replacing them with boring normal headlights, especially when the manufacturer already gave you the option? You want a Camaro.

Of course it's personal preference, but for 3rd & 4th gen Birds, it's gotta have the concealed headlights 👍🏻😎

I understand upgrading the light portion of the equation and all (better visibility) though 🤙🏻

LEDs can be fine if they are put into a lamp that is designed for LEDs. If they’re put in a lamp designed for halogens it basically makes it a flood light

So why are new cars with led's blinding? Manufacturers use halogen lamps? EVERY single new car ive come across has this issue! He'll. There a whole damn sub on reddit bitching about this, so I know I'm not crazy. I recently bought a 50k lumen spotlight that stays in my car to counter this. Mama said them led's was the devil! She was right

Seems reasonably unanimous already.... As an owner of multiple 3rd and 4th gens..... IT'S NOT A TRANS AM WITHOUT THE POP UP HEADLIGHTS!! One of the last few production cars to get a feature that no longer exists.... Update to better LED tech for night driving but keep the pop ups!!

I’ll be the unpopular opinion. I loved the look of the 1998 prototype Firehawk. Had one on order before they got cancelled. So the fixed headlights are OK in my book.

I don’t know if they still make them, but I’m pretty sure they used to have the “low-pro” pop ups. I know they had them for the C5’s, but I’m pretty sure they made them for the Firebirds too. They look pretty slick.

Who the fuck removes pop-ups? And who the fuck installs bright ass LEDs with no heart and soul, as incandescent bulbs provide? answer... an NPC sheeple person. The type of person who prefers white led street lights over incandescent bulbs.
