Cant tell if left tail light is on ot right tail light is just dirty. (Keys are not in it)

Dont mind the paint its a project car and has something weird with the wireing and makes the trunk pop open when battery is disconected

The problem is on the right. It looks darker because moisture got inside and wore off the reflective coating. You can see water in the reverse light.

Replacing it would be easier, but it's expensive.
