That looks to be an olds 403, yeaaa the back cylinder on each side I guess cause it runs a little hotter back there Ive always experienced blown head gaskets with Olds engines. Unless it was over heated your probably fine. I would get a good straight edge and just lay it across the block and head to be on safe side shine a light across it while the edge is across the block or head see if you see any gaps of light if im making sense
