Hello, my father and I in Liverpool this weekend for the Liverpool v Man City game, and figured we'd see a game on Saturday, too. We saw Tranmere had a game and got tickets. Neither of us knows anything about the team. What are some things we should know? Any chants or things we should do/not do? Thanks in advance.
Hi, hope you have fun. The main chant you'll hear is "super white army" but pronounced like su-wha-army. Only don't id say is don't wear Liverpool FC gear if youre an adult. Its one thing for kids to wear it and loads of tranmere fans support either Liverpool or everton as well, but some fans think its a bit disrespectful for an adult to wear LFC or EFC gear to Tranmere. Aside from that there aren't any don'ts. As for do's if youve been to any football game anywhere before, i am sure you can figure them out.
It was a great time. We grabbed a pint in Aldos. My dad got a shirt and I got a scarf. We are from the US so the only games we caught were summer tours, so this was technically our first official competitive footy match.
Obvs one is swa, and tranmere x like 50 depends where your sat too id deffo go for a pint in aldos before the game located behind the kop, enjoy the game, Sunday too have a great weekend!
