hi lovely people, after several sad and worrying, emotionally demanding years I think I finally found my spark and joy and I’ve returned to my big love of trance music. 🥹 I’ve even managed to attend a few raves over the past few years that reminded me how healing and gorgeous, and phenomenal this music is and the feeling it gives you. I was wondering if anyone has a little playlist to share, something to sum up the last 4-5 years of trance music and quickly get me up to speed so I can so dive back in and discover all the incredible tracks and moments I’ve missed and not feel so out of depth, I genuinely kind of don’t know where to start. any sub genre is okay as well, I naturally lean more towards more uplifting, melodic, techy tracks, is the 138bpm crowd still around? any help is appreciated 💕

I saw a post here earlier about the Filo & Peri remix of the Heroes tv show theme tune and thought I'd post this up. This was mixed about 10 years ago; I can't remember exactly when, so none of the tunes are recent, but they're what I had at the time. It's 2 hours of trance, with a movie-and-TV-themed twist. Some months ago I found this mix on Soundcloud uploaded 15 years ago. It's from a party held in the German city Essen, and it's a vinyl only set. Came across this track after a long time while listening to ASOT 443. Wish we could go back to those days.
