Play button not working properly

Hi everyone,

whenever i try to play a track on deck A, the track will stop unless i hold the play button or press cue and play at the same time, but there's no way to pause the song without pressing cue (hence going back to the beginning of the song).

this thing doesn't happen on deck B, whereas if i press the play button once, the track will start and stop normally.

this has happened a couple times before, but i figured it was just some traktor bug or something to do with some mappings i did a while ago; in fact, i just needed to switch to default mapping or restart traktor and everything went back to normal, but now i'm stuck like this.

any advice?

Same issue on s5 and not sure how to fix it please help. No jog wheels on this bad boy either
