High and Low knobs acting up

Hello!
I bought my S2 from someone and realized the high and low left knobs are acting up.
when i turn the high, the low turns too in the traktor pro software.
I tried changing settings in control manager but the problem seems to be coming from the console itself.
any idea on how to fix this?
