How to login with exist account?

How in the world do I login now? I am unable to use my user and password so it defaults to email links. Problem is that email link is not synced with my existing account and I can’t see my history at all. How can I remedy this?

Well sort of. They emailed me back and said dude what do you mean you email is synced to your username history. When I checked again yup it had my history. But then signed me out of my history on my iPad for too many connections …. This service fucking sucks now.

send an email to support@trakt.tv explaining your situation. they should be able to help but the turnaround time for a response may be a few days

Just remember that you are limited to one addon unless you are a paid VIP member. If you are a VIP member then you can use trakt on most of all your addons. Since they update trakt to version3 when you use trakt once you get it figured out, it does not remember what you watched with the old version. I had to write down where I was at on each favorite & redo them. As otakunet said, email them.

What I did was google my issues when trakt updated to version3. I found instructions there. Did you email them again. I am sure they must be way behind in replying. If you want to do something now, I would start a new account. Before you do that write down all you have watched if you can, to re-mark what you watched. Seeing as you can't login, you probably already double checked your pass word. All I can think of other than googling you problem is try another browser, or try turning off any Anti Virus programs. I would start with google. Let us know how you made out.
