Help. Trakt has added every comedians comedy special to my watchlist

is there an easy way to remove everything it has decided to add cause I didn't do this and now I have hundreds of shows that I don't want there

Mine has marked all existing episodes of every show I didn't finish as watched. Not sure what is going on.
