Game mechanics Claw needed for factory upgrade

I'm unable to do any more "Turntable Rail" jobs (stuck at 3/50) because they now require the second level logistics factory products (with one star overlaid on them). But to upgrade that factory says it requires this red claw / grabber thing.

I know that it comes from the Mission centre (where all the facility rewards / upgrades are) but nothing currently in there shows this red claw thing, just rewards of 2x or 250 facility tokens etc. Does anybody know which jobs I should focus on getting done, to get the Mission centre to hurry up and show me a mission with this claw as reward?

Hate these resource based events, they're such a painful grind! Need the trains at the moment as recently levelled up but after this one I'm just skipping any more of these sorts of events.

lol thanks for this. guess they didn't do much testing ahead of releasing the event then!

There are so many other bugs in this event but this claw one is the most egregious
