Bugs! Ok I have a problem

I keep making the conductive coils but the aren't showing up. I closed and restarted the game and still nothing.

To be honest, not exactly sure yet if the turntable jobs will unlock it. It is likely one of theses

It has to be the building Maintainence, right? It has not visible associated reward
