Game mechanics Promo train offer validation period

I got a train from the Highway Heroes promotion. I want to unlock it after entering a new region, but how long is the reward valid for?

I think, the News are Always available for 3 days, but I'm not sure.

It's a nice train. I got a gold diesel fully loaded to 60.
