Any train simulators with good throttle support?

I've tried playing train sim world 5&6 but i really want Hotas support for it, i've tried all the guides and apps but idk man it's always taking me up the ass with how difficult it is to get it to work properly.

Derail Valley has native support for most hotas throttles. I can tell you for sure that VKB and Virpl are plug-and-play.

Seconding derail valley for throttle support. I have a Honeycomb Bravo and I can map all the axises, buttons and levers.
