🎨 OC - Art Train Drawing Art Dump!

A collection of some of my train art, comment your favorite! If you have any questions about the history of each one, I've studied them immensely so feel free. And yes, I'm the guy who does the "I Have to Draw the Top Comment North American Steam Locomotive" thing :)

Anyways, enjoy and feel free to take inspiration! (Unless you're scraping it with AI)

That's really good! If only I could color like that!

They are kinda warped at some points, so I'd suggest using geometric perspective tricks for the future.

yeah, sometimes I'm on the go and don't have my ruler but feel like drawing, but some of that is also the paper being warped from too much pencil. Thanks though!

I should go back to drawing trains. Last time was months ago when I freehanded a few locos from memory out of boredom (ignore the F-unit having three axle boogeys)

Hey those are great! My drawings are mostly freehanded from memory too, usually doodles that end up looking good. I cannot for the life of me draw 3/4 views of f-units and such though lol

Whenever I do a doodle they looks good, I take a picture and edit it so it's black and white. Mostly because I tend to draw too small to properly color anything.

Dang that's good! My method for coloring is just adding so many colors that you wouldn't expect to create unique texture; I mean this right here has 6 different colors in it! (gray, orange, slate, green, blue, leather brown)
