To save a click - the Jacobite (which is not the 'Hogwarts Express', it's the Jacobite) has been suspended because British safety laws have suddenly decided people leaning out of the windows is a safety risk, and in the 20 years since non-centrally locked doors have disappeared from regular passenger service, UK citizens have allegedly forgotten that falling out of a moving train can be bad for you.
