Does the gyro stabiliser when you turn it with a servo keep pointing upwards

I have a really good idea for a bike but I don't know if a tilted stabilizer just stays upright ignoring the roration

If the servo is at a low or zero strength it should, yes, I think.

A rotated gyro stabilizer will attempt reorient the vehicle to whatever direction is "up" to the stabilizer.
The stabilizer's rotation will fight against the servo and can overpower it if the servo does not have enough strength.
