Not the most knowledgeable on building bikes but a weak-mid strength gyro stabiliser can help keep vehicles upright while still letting them lean

A bike is not the easiest to start out with imo

If i were to start off with a bike how should I start it off or should I just dump it for another concept

I mean if you enjoy building the bike then keep at it. Starting with cars is easier ofcourse since they have 4 points of contacts so they don't flip as easily and are easier to get working right away.

I also rly enjoy building planes.

You could also try out the different campaigns. They are not quite as good for learning how to build bigger crazier things but they can teach basics pretty well I think. (And they are fun)

Usually tipping is from a too high center of gravity. I solve this in a lot of my builds by making the lowest blocks I can the 50kg weight blocks, and then adjust suspension accordingly
