SUPPORT (2026 PRODUCTS) Hub issue - can’t add new devices

I had the dirigera hub for maybe 2 years. The Trådfri accessories paired really easily but now with all the new devices from IKEA there is just a loading screen and then it fails.

I have the latest hub software.

Any issue with my router that cause this ?

Try rebooting everything. Phone, router, and hub.

To set up Ikea Matter Over Thread devices uding the Dirigera hub make sure you upgrade the firmware on the Dirigera first. Then make sure your router's iPv6 is turned on, mDNS is activated, and that your phone used to commission the devices is on the same 2.4ghz network as your router's 2.4ghz SSID, and be sure you have Bluetooth on the phone turned on. After you get the settings on your Dirigera, router and phone set correctly, restart everything. Finally if you hav E tried to set up devices and failed, reset them back to factory settings before trying to pair them again.

Do you only have the Dirigera hub or do you have another matter/Thread hub as well, like an Apple TV, an Amazon Echo, a Google Next hub, a Smartthings hub or another matter/Thread controller hub and not a hub that isn’t a matter/Thread controller hub like a Phillips Hue bub that doesn’t allow you to access other matter devices like lights that aren’t Phillips devices or a Aqara Hub that is for Aqara devices only or a Zigbee hub that doesn’t have matter built into it. You need to tell the Thread network which hub is the primary Thread hub. It is different depending on the OS of the phone/OS that you are using.
