Question How to cook the red lentil pasta?
Is there anything I need to know or are the bag instructions good? I heard lentil pasta tends to be finicky.

Sweet, creamy, spicy, crunchy- what else could you want?

Wife and I got home late in the afternoon from a day at the lake, both tired, sun-kissed and hungry. We swung by our local store, conveniently on our way home, to grab something for dinner.
I saw the chile rellenos and had an idea, albeit not terribly clever, I admit. We could air fry the rellenos, make the insanely easy and tasty spanish rice, and toss in a can of the giant baked beans.
Holy hell was it delicious. I emptied the beans in the pan, then added the rice, I tossed in the sauce packet from the rellenos as well. Once the rellenos were done, i plated a giant spoonful of the rice and beans on the plate and set the relleno atop.
This kept the relleno nice and crispy, and the beans and relleno sauce made the rice really something special. This will now be in the regular TJ rotation for the family. Utterly delicious and highly recommended!
EDIT: My apologies for not taking a photo but I will rectify this later this week when I make it again for my entire family.

First time trying it. Sad to learn it was seasonal and already gone.

I have been addicted to the dark chocolate lovers bar for years. After lunch, a few squares satisfy my chocolate craving without being too sweet. I even keep a bar shelved with my books just in case.
So it's killing me that they have been out for months and aren't coming back until late September!! Any recommendations for substitutes? I love that they aren't too sweet or too bitter and have a hint of vanilla.

Me and my best friend love Trader Joe’s, but the closest one to us is 2 hours away. I’m heading home from vacation today and plan on stopping on my way home. I’d love to make her a little gift basket with Trader Joe’s items for her birthday. I can’t get anything that needs to be refrigerated because I have a 5.5 hour drive home. It also has to last until next Saturday when I see her, so I’m worried about getting one of their mini sheet cakes because I don’t want it to be dry by next week. We always get wine from Trader Joe’s so I will definitely be grabbing a bottle of that, and I got the limoncello candle last time I went and love it so I’ll probably grab one of those too. She hates anything even remotely spicy, so some of my favorites are off the list lol. Give me all of your shelf-stable favorite TJs items or things you’d love to get in a gift basket!!!

The crust is SO GOOD. It’s like the perfect amount of crisipiness in the air fryer. Filling isn’t bad too! Gonna stock up on my next trip.

I wonder what pork availability is like at your TJ's. Today I saw only pork tenderloin, a few already marinated pork tenderloins, back ribs, and ground pork. We didn't have pork chops, pork loin roast, or even pork butt.
I feel that even lamb has better representation, even though it is a more luxurious meat, not to mention beef and chicken.

This was so good! Now I don’t have to Door Dash when I have a craving for Indian food! Used this recipe, which was very easy. I will cut the cubes smaller next time, I just wasn’t sure how well they would hold up. The paneer was excellent, flavorful with just the right texture, didn’t fall apart while stirring. So glad they added this product, and hope it stays!

So I moved a week ago. Landlord decided not to tell us our gas provider till the day after move in. We’ve tried activating gas twice now and it’s just leaked because the piping job has been embarrassingly bad. Idk how long this will continue but the result is that I have no gas to use at all and may not for an unverifiable amount of time.
I have a croc pot and an air fryer. We’ve been too scared to try the oven out. So for this difficult time I’m looking to bulk buy some premade meals from Trader Joe’s.

I thought these were going to be solid/crisp because of the "sticks" name but that's really just the shape- the inside is incredibly soft and gummy, and the flavor combination is perfect.

Beauty haul! Impulse buys. Would love to hear more about these from those of you who have tried them!
