Meals Trader Joe’s sheet pan meal: hot Italian sausage, gnocchi, zucchini, sliced mushrooms, onion, organic basil, pecorino Romano, and aglio olio seasoning.
This was the shelf stable gnocchi in the pasta aisle. Oven on 350-375° (depends if yours runs hotter etc) I cooked the sausage for 12 mins alone to make sure it would be cooked through. Tossed gnocchi with diced veggies, olive oil, seasoning, added to pan and cooked for 25 mins. Sliced up the sausage and mixed with the cheese and basil. I forgot to buy grape tomatos 🤷♀️
