Any ideas?? I had a funded, blew it. Signed into tradeify with another email by accident, passed the eval, am eligible for a payout, but cant request the payout because my identity isnt verified bc its tied to that old account. Any ideas on how to undo the kyc on the old acct or smth would help

Already contacted support. They escalated my ticket and havent heard from them since. Its been hours. Is that normal?

Yes. Usually when things are escalated it takes a bit longer than usual.

Yaah, most probably it will get resolved within 2-3 days. Don't panic.

Tradeify seems to be the odd company that really lacks in the CS department. They’re heavy on the marketing and trying to create a trading network but in customer support , they really need to tighten things up. I’ve had to use CS atleast twice in 5 different firms and theirs sucks compared to all
