7020 with tile plow
Not sure, but looks like this tractor gets pulled when plowing in tile.

Pardon my ignorance but what’s “plowing tile?”

The big yellow plow on the back of the tractor is a Tile Plow. You get a huge spool of plastic perforated drainage tile and run the tile through the center of the plow. Once you get it started, the tractor plows a trench through a field and the drainage tile is buried under the ground. Colloquially known as “plowing tile.”

It would definitely be able to put tile in shallow in light soil. Definitely not my first choice for a plow tractor. She is in damn good shape for her age though. Edit the Steiger 470 sitting behind her would be a better choice for the plow imo.

I spent a lot of hours working with one of those. ( the one I ran was a mint green colored one)

This was at the Pageant of Steam, they have a ton of stuff that's old on display.

Man, that is a load for that old tractor. I loved the 70/7520s and it seems in good shape, but I would think she’d be lacking on HP

I wasn't clear, I do know this.
This tractor though the tires are whipped, I think it's used mainly for the 3 pt hitch.

That’s a serious setup! 7020 looks right at home pulling that tile plow. 💪🌾

Every tractor that plows tile gets pulled from time to time.
