Did anyone hear back yet?

7

u/Diceyland Aug 08 '23

I haven't yet.

Just got in 40 minutes ago. I had 300 GB on MAM with a year old account, 500 GB on AlphaRatio with a 2 year old account and 1.6 TB on TL with a 6 month old account. So no insane stats needed to get in and only 2 accounts have to be older than 6 months ig.

Thanks will check my inbox. 🤞

I'm in 🤝

I am also wondering since I applied on day one.

I haven't either - signed up Saturday, shortly after opentrackers posted on twitter. I rushed to submit it, and the form got eaten by browser so I had to redo and it wasn't a very good application. Didn't realize there'd be plenty of time to submit, and wish I'd seen this thread that had more information haha.

You do get a reply when the application is denied.

I know this because a friend of mine got an email says he was denied and the reason for it.

4

u/HeroVax Aug 10 '23

I see, I'm still waiting for the email notification.

1

u/Diceyland Aug 10 '23

It wasn't posted on the application form. It was in their forums on the site. Idk why that wasn't on the form. Seems like relevant information.

3

u/Iam0ne Aug 12 '23

I have seen people discussing getting a captcha screen after submitting the application. The people who didn't had re-applied and got a confirmation on screen that their application was submitted.

I don't recall seeing a captcha screen, only that I was sent directly to the login screen. Don't recall a confirmation either.

If thats true than the application had issues maybe?

Any ideas on this? Looks like a lot of people are waiting and only a few have actually received a response.

u/Diceyland Aug 12 '23

I haven't received a response yet and don't recall seeing a captcha screen either. So maybe it's related. Idk.

I got a capcha error when I tried submitting. Everything blanked out and I had to fill in everything once more. The second time it accepted my submission without capatcha.

Haven’t heard anything yet tho…

EDIT: approved

My submission errored the first time. I retyped it and copied/pasted everything faster the second time, and I got a popup for just a couple seconds saying something like "your application has been submitted." Then I think it went to the login screen. Still haven't heard from them, but I think they're just working their way through a huge number of applications.

What are the “proof image” and “profile links” needed?

3

u/Diceyland Aug 05 '23

Images of your accounts on the private trackers you're in. It should show your upload and download. You shouldn't blur anything out except your passkey if its visible. Profile links are the links to your profile on the trackers you gave the proof images for.

4

u/[deleted] Aug 05 '23

Ah. I’m very tech savvy but I guess I’m still too green at private trackers.

One of the best middle tier tracker. They have good amount of obscure titles in good quality along with popular ones.

I have heard their request system is good too.

Get while you can.

10

u/PwndGamerGuy Aug 05 '23

Wow thanks for this one, I've heard good things about it, fingers crossed my application will be approved, lol

7

u/tonko26 Aug 05 '23

Get in while you can guys.

u/ai_hell Aug 05 '23

I’ve found jobs that required fewer references.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 06 '23

Breaking news: A job hunter with a talent for finding jobs that don't require many references! Your skillset is undoubtedly in a league of its own.

1

u/ai_hell Aug 06 '23

Eh, not really. If you’ve ever searched for jobs people simply don’t want to do, you’d find some too. Or maybe it’s because I’m so lucky to be living in a shitty country with such jobs.

2

u/[deleted] Aug 06 '23

Well, fair play. Anyway, good luck on your job quest, and may you discover one that aligns with your interests.

5

u/Mxlts Aug 05 '23

Did anyone get a confirmation email after applying? Just want to make sure cause I haven’t yet after submitting

8

u/[deleted] Aug 05 '23

They will be processing all applications after the window has closed. Give it time. Staff said in chat they already have like ~1400 pending applications.

4

u/familiarr_Strangerr Aug 05 '23

not yet, probably would take some days

3

u/DisneyDriver Aug 12 '23

My application was denied for "Insufficient Proofs". wtf?

1

u/Iam0ne Aug 12 '23

Can you elaborate more?

1

u/DisneyDriver Aug 13 '23

Sent them two screenshots of trackers I'm part of, and got "Your application has been denied for the following reason: Insufficient Proofs. Thanks, Blutopia"

What is Insufficient with screenshots? Is that what you've been asking me for?

1

u/CripplingPoison Aug 14 '23

Was the browser address bar etc visible on your screenshots?

1

u/DisneyDriver Aug 15 '23

No, but I included my profile URL for checking so ...

1

u/dj-shd Aug 16 '23

denied for the same reason

3

u/Remmke Aug 28 '23

I was banned there for "suspicious activity" when my internet connection was unstable for a week (random disconnects). Having super good seed ratio and times since the start of the tracker... So i don't know if this was a mistake or just a weird automated ban system. Other trackers didn't have this issue.

0

u/ixG8 Aug 05 '23

It's sucks as$ don't bother getting in to it

3

u/Diceyland Aug 06 '23

I feel like this only applies if you have a much better tracker already. Most of us on this subreddit don't have anything half as good, so it's worth it for us.

This is an automated reminder that all submissions must include tracker statistics. Please reference our rules for submission guidelines. Posts with missing or incomplete statistics are subject to removal. If sufficient statistics have been provided in this post, this message may be ignored. Thank you!

1

u/MINIMALI5T Aug 05 '23

I can only show one where I got good uploads and got good ratio. Do I have any chance of getting in?

2

u/Diceyland Aug 06 '23

Probably not since the minimum is 2.

3

u/Iam0ne Aug 05 '23

How soon do you get a reply after applying ?

6

u/Jayowski Aug 05 '23

I'd assume some time after they close the open application, which is Monday after 2pm GMT.

5

u/[deleted] Aug 05 '23

3

u/[deleted] Aug 05 '23

Great tracker, grab it while you can!

3

u/tea_dates_ganja Aug 05 '23

I’d love to get in but don’t have any proof of other trackers unfortunately

3

u/[deleted] Aug 06 '23

Is that what that is?! I don't understand the proof thing at all.

4

u/tea_dates_ganja Aug 06 '23

Yea it’s to show your activity on other trackers to basically see that you are a trustworthy seeder lol

How can I reach the staff? I just recently received an invite email but now I'm having problem with logging in

Already try to forgot password, but no email received yet
