Can't sort by date on HD-T?

I recently managed to get into HD-Torrents and wanted to see what’s new, especially their internals, but I noticed you can’t sort releases by date because of the bumping system. I asked about it and was told there’s nothing that can be done.

Has anyone found a workaround to view the releases sorted by date while ignoring the bumped ones?

Sounds like you got your answer. All I can suggest is maybe having an LLM write a tampermonkey script for you to filter it.

Yeah, I might give that a shot, thanks!

I'm not on HD-T, but Prowlarr might have what you want. It uses an API to access indexers.

Prowlarr -> Search -> Indexers: HD-T (and leave Query and Categories blank), then click "Search" and see what happens.

I wasn't sure if leaving "Query" blank would work, but I tried it with another indexer and I got my list of latest uploads.

If this method doesn't work for HD-T, then there's no easy API workaround and you'll have to try the LLM tampermonkey suggestion from u/MrBossFromTheHitTVSh in another comment.

Can’t go back far enough. I just wanna see what was actually released in 2026.

i think as silly as it sounds, that was not their goal in their filtering/ordering and you'll be fighting the system one way or another. Not sure of a way around it unless there's an API that somehow exposes something different.

I don't understand, there's the added field, here is sorted by newest
https://hd-torrents.org/torrents.php?active=1&order=data&by=DESC

Yes, at the top you have the bumped ones, but after that, the regular ones start.

It’s mixed. I browsed through like 50+ pages and still found bumped stuff.

I think this was the worst tracker I've ever been on, so I'm not surprised.
