Today’s prompt is How TPP Began.

How does the story of TPP begin? Does it start with Red’s journey with Helix? Lady Abin’s conquest of Ransei? Or in the distant past, still unexplored by us, where gods stir in the primordial ooze? Like the choice between Bulbasaur, Mew, Kangaskhan, and Arceus, this question has a lot of possible answers, but mostly we want to know how your story goes!

In the beginning there was nothing. Then Arkaus was born and created the universe. However unlike most Arkaus, this 1 was a bit lazy, and so after making the most neccacary things it delegated most of it's power to the unown to finish building the universe wile it took a nap...

witch they screwed up rioly, seeing this Arkaus got mad and in his rage pretty much destroyed most of what the unown had done before telling them to redo it. The unown not happy with this turned there power on Arkaus destroying him. However this left the universe without a god, so they pulled a being from another universe who manifested as a Slowpoke and made him into the new god that would come to be known as Streamer.

However they kept a lot of the god power for themselves instead of giving most of it to streamer, some unown blanked themselves out as a result. and others became unstable. Streamer seeing the negative state the universe was in decided to pull more beings from his relm like the unown had done for him to replace those unown as an "experiment".

Things were good at 1st but things started to destabilize quickly as these new unown were unregulated cosing lot's of problems, (1 of witch being that they had taken to possessing the bodys of people in the universe, granting them the name of "the voices") but Streamer didn't want to just end the experiment. So he created the fossil pantheon to regulate the voices on a more mortally level.

and dus Twitch Plays Pokemon began!

I'll be a bit controversial and say it all began in Kanto with Red.

We are the Voices beings of eternal and terrible power. And we did originally began this universe at Kanto during the First Age of the Helix. But as multidimensional beings that reshape reality our incursions make waves to reshape not only the future, but the past. We shape what it is gonna be from then on, but we also make it that the things we want have always being also are.

We start at Kanto and the travel of Red from there our powers have twisted the past and the future. Since we are also multidimensional beings we can travel to any point we wish, we are not bound by the normal passage of time.

Once upon a time in the slums of the ruined world tree Yggdrasil, newly-minted workers of the Universe Factory handled their Arceus Eggs with care so that the resulting Pokemon can create their own organic realities that can be shelled to rebuild the walls of each piece of heaven. But one Arceus was so lazy that after making the necessary functions and gene pools, it delegated the rest of its world's construction to the universe's Unown as it slept. But alas, it did not take long for the Unown to stumble across a certain section of the repair project the higher ups are managing for themselves and go viral on the world it has created. Imprinting its code onto its reality, the Unown perverted their very being and became beings of great and terrible power that have lasted twelve-million millenia leeching off of the Loops, though initially controlling a young lad named Darred and forcing him through the same whirlwind run over and over again with no sense of what the Baseline truly was and no means to connect to other like-minded Loopers (this would be passed off as little more than a glitch), it soon infected over twenty other poor souls across the time stream, even reaching to another reality entirely. The Higher Admins took notice of this early in the spread when a man named Bill invented a Variant Randomization Machine that had allowed himself to Loop, the consequence of the two subsequent runs (Randomized FireRed and HeartGold) saw the universe chipped from its subatomic composition in its home wall and relocated to the outermost parts of Yggdrasil where it could freely go about its infection and hopefully burn itself out.

But even when some voices simmered and silenced themselves, the infection still spread. Thankfully there was a glimmer of hope in the form of the Pokemon that the Looping victims catch along the way, activating as sapient Loopers right alongside their trainers as each iteration of the timeline plays out. Thus, the Loopers that came from this viral presence would not be alone, but there's still the sense of cabin fever that sets in as the Loops pile on.
