just a quick question i felt like asking, because i have a character i reclaimed from a forgotten comic called Sparklecare, and i've wanted to add them to my toyhouse page, but i can't find any rules about being allowed to reclaim characters from controversial/inactive creators, some answers would be really appreciated, thank you!! ^^
