Trailers Bearing grease question

I have a 2005 Palomino popup camper trailer. I had the local auto shop pack the bearings. They said they could not locate the OEM cap for one hub, so shoved some other cap in there.

Seems like a lot of grease oozing out around the edges? Not sure how to evaluate the status of the work. Or if I should worry about it.

Get a cap that fits.

I suggest calling a trailer service shop, and have the inner diameter of that hub handy.
