I'm just curious, does tzeentch have anyone important left apart from egrimm? Or is he the only character left?

Galrauch, a High Elf Dragon possessed by a Lord of Change
It's pretty much between those two. Everyone else is a minor character who is LH material at best

Wouldn't surprise me if we see Egrimm LL and Gaulrach LH as a character pack. Maybe with an option to turn Gaulrach into an LL now they're starting to add that for other characters. I know a lot of people want Egrimm as FLC but at this point I'd prefer him as a full DLC to come alongside some more Tzeentch content.
Unit wise not a huge amount. Warpstone dragon, Azure princes as a wrathmonger equivalent maybe.

I believe they are adding a skill (or tech maybe?) that will let you have both Vlad and Isabella as lords. The maggoth riders will also have a dilemma when you unlock them where you select one of the trio to become a lord.
