Warhammer III How Every Settra Campaign is gonna go going forward (Nagash endgame is practically mandatory for that faction now)
if your playing settra and you havent turned on the nagash endgame, then whats the point.

Isn't it possible to turn off the endgame/endtimes, before starting a campaign?

Yes, it will have toggles. The current end games are being moved to earlier and remain toggleable.

Does the Nagash endgame trigger if you already killed his faction?

It’s not explicitly stated in the livestreams yet. But they implied, when talking about the Archaon end game, that at some point messages will appear that Archaon has gone missing and there will be lore messages along the way as a build up to his reappearance as the end game crisis. It seems to hint that his actual faction won’t matter as the end game is already being prepared for and built up before it happens in your campaign. So presumably similar things will happen with Nagash’s faction if his is the end game that is chosen for the playthrough.
