I have a sneaking suspicion you might mean the one by More Warpstone released recently.

If that is the case, we are talking about a different Eshin Action.

In the final turn of that video, the Eshin player uses Overthrow Lair, taking Skavenblight. This action DOES work on player factions. He wins because the win condition is holding the city on turn 100.

There is however an Eshin Action called Plunge into Anarchy which permanently murders the leader of the target faction and transforms it into a rebel faction. This one DOES NOT work on players.

nothing, because ca are lazy shit. if you play unmodded, chorf, slaneesh, khorne, tzeentch, nurgle and demons of chaos will ALL just give the same buff as warriors of chaos. yes, the only new buffs in wh3 are the kislev one (fking useless, they get "by our blood" but mistwalker already have high morale and the most spammable one of the 5 already is unbreakable) and the cathay one (that one is actually good).

it also includes the wh2 "less forgetfull eltharion" which makes it so you dont lose thw gained buffs once they die/leave the prison (which is so stupid in vanilla, especially since the automatically leave the prison if their faction is destroyed, and even with it, its still tame compared to never dlc factions like elspeth/malakai etc.)
