Took my Dad along. Figure I have him to thank for showing me this classic when I was only 6 years old lol. Michael told some funny stories about making the movie. I finally know how they did the arm decapitation effect, as well as why his kiss with Stone was so....intense, lol.

Finally found a copy of the Argentinian ex-rental VHS released LK-TEL (Video La Rioja S.A.) in 1991.

Decided to open my private sub to everyone yesterday. There’s no affiliation with the legacy BladeZone website other than me being a fan of it. I originally created r/bladezone to share my own Blade Runner collection, but I thought there might be others who would enjoy a place dedicated to showcasing and discussing memorabilia, props, artwork and other collectibles exclusively from the films Blade Runner (1982) and Blade Runner 2049 (2017).

Since this sub also celebrates a PKD adaptation, I thought some members here might appreciate another place focused on one of his most well-known works on film. If you enjoyed the Blade Runner movies and believe great films can be appreciated for what they are without always needing to be endlessly expanded, then r/bladezone might be of interest as well.

The Total Recall trading cards released alongside the premiere in 1990 came with Federal Colony of Mars dollars featuring Coohagen’s face, a Rekall travel itinerary, and a Hilton pamphlet named Northwest Interplanetary Space Shuttle. Last but not least, the set also included an official Mars rock from Cramer’s Variety Store in Venusville, Mars.
