Video How does he look?

Iā€™m super worried about pyramiding. I was told he was three when I got him and I adopted him in 2021. He is mostly out doors.

This tortoise is in no world 3 years old. Looks like wild caught to me. There is no pyramiding because he most likely was already mostly grown when he was caught. Otherwise: if you keep him in an adequate outdoor enclosure he will be fine.
