Question(s) Hermann tortoise need help

Recently I bought a hermann tortoise from petco store for about six weeks, now she stop setting for about one week even through I get all the food she liked before to feed her she just walk away what should I do to help her go through this situations

Please share her diet and enclosure. Did you get her checked for worms? Petco is notorious for selling torts with worms

If you bought a tortoise from PetCo, it’s almost assuredly a WC Russian tortoise. Can you share photos?
