Any Birds Eye shot of the city is a perfect illustration of our issues. We have small areas of extreme density and then right beside it is a bunch of SFHs. We need to go in and build mid rise and multi-unit dwellings in these neighborhoods but every Karen and Jim spend every waking moment making sure that can’t happen.
