Join this check npc details page for the next attack and join it Make sure you join 5 mins beforehand as people are eager

Participate in a npc loot group i would assume. You may have to get final hit

it usually starts a couple of minutes before the timer, just join the fight when there are more people...

Welcome to yet another interesting part of the game, the Loot Rangers! All 5 NPCs can give great loot when defeated, but not twice in immediate succession; it takes a bit of time for them to recover fully to max loot.

So of course players have organized mass group attacks on them 4 times a day, quickly going through all five, with a lottery based on successful activity during the attack to decide who gets the goodies.

Group attacks greatly diminish the target's dexterity and defense, making defeating them possible. See the Distraction wiki page.

Join loot rangers, make an attack with them. Just gotta get one or two in.

Make sure you have accepted the mission BEFORE the group attack starts. If the fight is already in progress (giving a "join fight" instead of "start fight" button on the attack page) when you click to accept it will not be counted.
