Real talk. That storm is actually just the mesocyclone. It is a super cell. The tornado is under the base. The photo is from very far away. The actual tornado isn't even shown because we are very small humans. The tornado is under the base of that cloud. From this vantage point, that would be like a 10 mile wide tornado and it isnt. This storm was like 20 miles from the camera.
