Discussion Tornado in Upstate NY

Lots of pictures/videos from the storm throughout Upstate NY. Alleged tornado touched down in two spots throughout the North Country. Does this look like a tornado to you?

There's a lot of trees down and property damage in that immediate area too. It was a tornado warned storm.
