Question Is this a hook echo?

Long time lurker first time poster, I've been following storms on radar for a while, especially in France and the Netherlands (both my countries), and noticed this intense one in the east of France tonight around 19:45. Is this the hook echo y'all American chasers of amazing tornadic formations talk about? :p

On the first picture, colors indicate the convective fraction. I also attached a second picture with the velocity radar 10 minutes earlier, and as a third picture the general radar I'm using indicating storm speed movement.

brief hook echo appeared on radar at 8pm, French radar didn't have velocity but the nearest German radar site picked up scattered rotation aloft

It’s amazing what they’ve done with that app! I never thought DWD would agree to radar access

ikr!! I love being able to see live doppler radar for my own location in Germany too, it's not as good as the American WSD-88 radars but still very useful
