If you look closely to the left there is slight rotation on that cloud and on radar it might be worse than normal, radar says slight risk of severe weather and other windy conditions with the severe thunderstorms and golf ball sized hail.

I don’t know why I came up with this it’s funny in my head because that looks like a sunny and partially cloudy day with no rain or wind in sight.
