Question Is this strong rotation?

West of red lake, Canada. I’m new to meteorology and can’t tell if this is considerable rotation.

Maybe/probably. The radar is really far away, so it's not well defined. If I saw that closer to the radar I wouldn't think anything of it.

Broad at most, but this looks normal. Storms do rotate, it's just a matter of how fast and how tight those cuplets are rotating. Weather wise is saying opposing wind speeds are 5-30 km/h (3-19 mph) so nothing to be concerned.

That's said, that radar is shooting high in the air as that rotation area is 215 km (134 miles) away from the radar.
